Graduation Dinner

After graduation we all went to dinner at Casa de Luz.  It's an organic, vegan restaurant in Austin.  The vegetarians loved it.  The carnivores were somewhat adventurous.

Oh, man!  I just realized I forgot to take a picture of the meal.  It was yummy!

Post Graduation Festivities

After we watched Sarah walk across the stage in the Liberal Arts graduation ceremony, we all met at her apartment for sandwiches and naps.  In attendance were Randy, Julia, Eli, Deborah, Daniel S, Daniel J, Sarah, Lea, Cheryl, Rob, and Sarah's roommate, Hayley, and her mother.  We like big groups and parties in this family.  :)

Being a Grandparent

Last weekend Emma brought Meredith and Steve over to visit and eat pizza.  Grandy and Emma (with Meredith's help) played nerf badminton.  Collin was a bit jealous and took the ball every chance he got.  Not being very good at fetching things, he would take the ball to the other side of the yard, leave it, and run back.

Meredith and Steve went to Best Buy for a while, so Grandy and Grandma got to babysit for the first time.  Boy, oh boy, that little girl has a lot of energy.  She played the piano with Grandy.  At first she played WITH him.  Then she decided she wanted to play by herself and pushed him off the bench!  We had a great time and can't wait to keep her again.

Please feel free to submit captions for the pictures.  I'll add them.
