A couple of years ago Randy planted a gorgeous coral colored Tropicana rose bush. This spring it has been covered in fragrant colorful blooms.

Bush trimming
AFTER picture of the bushes Randy trimmed. Good job, Sweetie!
We have 3 trees in the front yard, Harvey, Sarge, and Tex. I love this time of year when everything is green, fresh, and growing.

First vegetable harvest of 2012
Along with the Swiss Chard, these onions survived the winter also. I'm not really sure why we planted them since neither of us eat onions. I am starting to cook with them, though. We'll see how these taste.

Planting bell pepper plant
Randy spends a lot of time in the garden. I don't realize how much work goes into it normally. Today I helped Randy plant a 2 foot tall green bell pepper plant.
| Yes, Randy wears one shoe to dig in the ground. :) |

| Once the plant was in the ground, Randy filled in the hole with top soil. |

Garden Update
The garden is starting to take off and looking pretty good. We already have beautiful roses and flowers. Soon we will have green peppers and tomatoes. The morning glories are growing fast also. This is my favorite time of the year in the garden. Everything is green and full of life. It's rejuvenating.
